Misophonia is part of the new Handmade Puppet Dreams Frights and Delights collection screening at the 2023 International Puppet Fringe Festival NYC on Thursday, August 4 at 4pm, and again on Sunday August 13 at 11am. I’ll be there for the artist talk back right after the Thursday 4pm screening along with filmmakers and HPD producers Alex Griffin and Jessica Simon, fellow cohort Jaime Sunwoo, and HPD founder Heather Henson. The Festival is an avalanche of workshops and performances by puppetry artists from all over the world and runs from Aug 9-18 at Teatro SEA at 107 Suffolk Street in NYC.

I’m leading the 6th session of this online workshop, Shadow Puppetry II, for the Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival workshop series. This time we’re trying a new schedule format. Instead of 5 sessions in one week, we’re spreading the same sessions out over three weeks on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, 8-10pm ET: April 5, 6, 12, 13, and 19. For inquiries, scholarship options, and registration go to the Chicago Puppet Fest website.
